We have a feature up about an individual store, but the idea of featuring a Team Member would be even better.

Hi Raging Bull,

I haven't tried your new sandwiches yet, because I don't eat birds (it's true!) but I have a question. What meat(s) is your meatloaf made out of? Does it contain turkey?

I am still a huge fan of the shrimp wrap you introduced and will continue to nosh on that one each visit I make to my local Erik's. Not sick of it and can't imagine I ever will be!

I would be eternally grateful if you brought back the Widow Bennett, that was the best sandwich ever. However, maybe not so much since you'd post the calorie count and I would be scared to eat it as a result.

PS -- thanks for taking "howdy" into consideration last time. :)

OMG, Turkey & Brie sounds sooo yummy! On top of turkey and brie cheese, cranberry sauce w/ arugula in one sandwich?? All my favorite are combined and that's exactly what I will definitely try soon!

Hi - I'd like to try the Cross-Eyed Charley next time. I've never had your meatloaf, so it's about time. It's just so hard to get away from the Abbott's Habit!!

Im looking forward to trying the CrAiSy ChIcKeN SaLaD - Yum-O! Its looks so good, I love chicken salad and to mix it with walnuts, craisins, apples...it makes it that much better! I will definitely make a visit to Erik, which happens to be literally 2 minutes away from my home - now, how lucky am I? :)

As the barn door swings open, I walk in heavy footed, spurs dragging from a hard morning roping cattle (also known as 6th graders). I deliriously walk up to the counter and look for the line. But, oh! There isn't one! A friendly cowboy takes my order, giving suggestions when I'm confused. My little white card is punched and I think to myself, "only four more stamps to go until my free sandwich, yay!" I wander to one of the many clean tables to choose from and sit in peace as my eyes enjoy wandering through the pitchforks and horseshoes on the wall. Within seconds my turkey walnut pesto sandwich and minestone soup arrive. "Ahhhhhh." As I regain my strength my trash is politely taken away. I am ready to to finish my day as I return to the ranch just a little bit happier. Maybe I won't have to tie those cattle up after all...

I'm as cross-eyed delighted as Charlie with my meatloaf sandwich. The yummy mystery meat and onion roll make my crossed eyes weep. Keep up the good work!

I'm looking forward to the Cross-Eyed Charlie because I love bbq sauce. Have you ever thought of making a barbecue beef brisket sandwich? I would love to try that if you ever create one.

I want to try the chicken salad to get ideas for the chicken salad sandwiches I'm making for a friend's wedding this weekend! Hopefully I'll be able to detect the different ingredients and make something half as good as Erik's Chicken Salad. You inspire me, Erik's DeliCafe!

I have not tried any of the current "what's new" items, I'm still stuck on the Thai Chicken Wrap. If we could only export that one to BKK, we'd calm all the red shirts right down. Nothing calms a red-shirt down like a chicken wrap.
