BBQ pulled pork sandwich, oh my! That sounds divine. It'll give me a warm summertime barbeque feeling even in the cold, rainy depths of the season. I hope you'll consider keeping it after the holidays are long over!

I pine, dream about, and crave the Holiday Sandwich all year! Love love love it, to the point where my husband is saying, "you know, there are other places to eat besides Erik's during the months of November and December." Then I yell "blasphomey!" and we go get another Holiday Sandwich.

I can't wait to have my Classic Holiday Sandwich. It reminds me that "turkey time" is here and I wait for it all year. I cry a little when it is removed from the menu. Add a little extra cranberry sauce and I am in heaven!

I look forward to trying the Wild Alaskan Salmon Salad! I LOVE salmon, and especially in salads! BRAVO to you for offering this
delicious-looking new menu item! Always looking for new ways to get my Omega-3s!!!!!!!!! As for Erik's Classic Holiday Sandwich -- I usually can't get enough of those each holiday season! If we eat at other family member's homes for Thanksgiviing, we normally don't get turkey & all the trimmings for leftovers! Gotta get it somewhere!!!!
Can't wait!

I know I'll be in to get some of that Classic Holiday Sandwich action. MMMmmm... but the new item that I haven't tried yet that looks super delicious is the Chipotle Salmon Wrap. Three of my favorites: salmon, guac, pico de gallo AND a spicy baja sauce, all in a chipotle wrap? YES PLEASE!

Hot diggety dog! Pulled pork and Cubano! Will need to write home and tell mom about this. In Havana, the Mixto saw me through many a long and dreary night shepherding my flock. A flock of pigs (they were young pigs, so technically they were a farrow of piglets). Eventually, the pigs would grow up and we'd turn them into pulled pork (and sometimes a Mixto), but I still fondly remember them as they were, all pink and squealing. Ah, the good old days.

All the "What's New" items look great, but I'd have to start with the Wild Alaskan Salmon Salad. I've been an Erik's fan since the first store in Scotts Valley. when I worked "over the hill" one of the first things I did when I arrived at a new location (a contract programmer moves around a lot) was to find the nearest Erik's. I seldom had to travel very far from my work location to take advantage of all the really great "regular" items an Erik's has to offer.

Born and raised in Santa Cruz, I can't recall when you first put the Classic Holiday Sandwich on the menu...but I do remember sliced sourdough vs. the delicious Rosemary bread you serve it on now. My family & friends know not to ask to meet me for lunch anywhere else when it's on your menu...for that matter, Erik's Deli is my favorite year-round lunch spot!

I have been on a health kick and get the Pilgrim's Pride. It is my absolute favorite. I have tried others, but always go back to the Pilgrim's Pride. I saw the BBQ Pulled Pork coming and that will be my sandwich today. I have craved a good BBQ Pulled Pork since moving from Los Angeles. Hard to find no more!

Classic Holiday Sandwich. Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, secret goo? Weeks before Thanksgiving? I knew it all along. You guys really do have sandwich sized time machines in those kitchens of your's. I knew it. Now hurry back to the future (then back to the here and now) and don't forget the pumpkin pie.
