What's Happening at Erik's this Week? (Jan. 20 - Jan. 25)

It was just a matter of time, but our current "What's New" special is set to end on Tuesday, January 26, 2010.

Although locations will be running out items throughout the week, the current What's New items will not be part of our regular menu after next week.

However, out of the bad (i.e. the end of this current What's New, which featured some of my favorites like the Cannonball Express II), comes the good:

1. The French Picnic will remain (until our next "What's New")
2. The Sourdough Soup Bowl Combo will also remain until our next "What's New"
3. Although the Farmer's Market will not be advertised, you still will be able to get it!
4. Look for the return of the Farmer's Market, the Holiday Sandwich, the Cannonball Express II as...permanent menu items...

We got a lot happening at Erik's this week, including a couple of community events we are happy to be a part of!

• Look for an Erik's Email Club BLAST on Friday, with more Goo Times Giveways!
• What's New officially ends on Tuesday, January 26, 2010
  
• On Saturday, January 23, 2010, Schoolhouse Earth (a nonprofit organization) is organizing a Garden Workday at Pine Hill School in San Jose. A team of volunteers will help weed, paint, rebuild and put in new plants at the school's garden. Erik's DeliCafe of San Jose - Branham Square is opening their bathrooms to the volunteers and Erik's is proud to donate gift cards!
  
• We recently made a gift card donation to "Science Fun," a science game show for high school students on Santa Cruz Community TV! The gift cards will be used as prizes for the participants!
• We also made a gift card donation to Gold's Gym in Santa Cruz for a Health and Fitness Fair on January 28, 2010!
