Welcome Erik's Email Club Members: "What's New" at Eriks!

Hi Everyone!

Erik's is proud to announce the launch of our "What's New" menu for Winter. This "What's New" includes the return of a couple of favorites - the Holiday Sandwich and the Farmer's Market. Also making a return is the Cannonball Express II (a favorite of the Goo Times). Erik's is also proud to announce the unveiling of the French Picnic, winner of the 2009 Name Your Sandwich Contest.

The French Picnic was created by Deborah Weber and was the winner of a three round "Name Your Sandwich Contest" we held throughout the summer. The sandwich is a bit different from what we normally offer as it includes both Elephant Garlic and Brie Cheese. However, it is delicious (especially if your a fan of brie and garlic)!

We are going to switch it up this time (per a reader's suggestion) and base the ten (10) free sandwich card giveaway on a drawing. Therefore, all posts from now until November 11, 2009 at 9am will be eligible for a free sandwich card, so make sure to check back with the Goo Times on Wednesday to see if you've won!

To be eligible, just let us know the "What's New" sandwich you are looking forward to!

For example, I'm Raging Bull and I can't wait to try the CannonBall Express II (though more importantly I'm up to the challenge of trying to eat a full one, I had a half and was stuffed!).

Also be sure to check us out on Twitter (@EriksDeliCafe) and Facebook (we have a Fan Page now, though it is a work in progress and all suggestions are welcome) and let us know your thoughts!

Till next time...

Hmmm I love garlic and brie so I'm definitely going to have to say the French Picnic. Is there a list of the new sandwiches and a list of what is on them? I am curious to know what is on the Cannon Ball Express II. Thanks Goo Times!

The Cannonball Express II sounds yummy to me! The French Picnic also sounds great -- except for the Brie, which I sadly do not like. And the Farmer's Market sounds lovely, but I think it would end up all over my lap!
