from Gloria (via email) My nomination is the Chinese Chicken Salad. Love that the chicken is grilled-so healthy. Also the balance of flavor of the mandarine oranges, with the crunch of almonds and sesame seed dressiing.

I can't wait to go get my sandwich on Monday! I will either be having a Rio Grande Club sandwich (Isn't this one going on the permanent menu?), or a Turkey Walnut Pesto sandwich. Then the second sandwich for my family member will be a Farmer's Market. That sandwich is all some of my family members will eat--Delicious!
