A Goo Times Giveaway: May 20 (Time is Running Out)

A GOO TIMES GIVEAWAY: May 20 (TIME IS RUNNING OUT)
Hi everyone!
Hi everyone!
For this Goo Times Giveaway we will be giving away a total of twelve (12) free sandwich cards! As noted during our previous Giveaways, the first person to post (after 11am on 5/20/10) will received a Free Sandwich Card!
We will also be giving away one (1) "great comment" card!
The remaining ten (10) free sandwich cards will be given away via a drawing!
WHAT'S NEW: to be eligible, please let us know which current Spring "What's New" item you would like on our permanent menu! All comments received before 11:59pm on Sunday, May 23, 2010 will be eligible for the drawing.
For example, I Raging Bull would love to add the Vegetarian Siena to the permanent menu since it will allow me to "modify" the sandwich by subbing Roast Beef for the Eggplant. This suggestion was made to me while out at Erik's DeliCafe of Aptos and the "Siena" with the Roast Beef was amazing!
Winner will be picked at random based on comments left below. Please check back in with the Goo Times on Monday to see if you are a winner!
If you are a winner, please email thegootimes@eriksdelicafe.com and we will get your free sandwich card out to you!
Thanks and Till Next Time...

i would love to have the vegetarian siena as well! love the eggplant! its a great substitute for vegetarians for that meaty taste!
I have eaten the Barnbuster almost every single day since it came out. I would keep on eating it every single day if it stayed. Great sandwich!
I'd love to see the Bay Shrimp salad stay on the menu.
The Barnbuster is a great all-season sandwich. There's something really fun about dipping your sandwich in the au jus. (I like to "play" with my food.) Please keep it on the permanent menu!
Keep the Barnbuster on the menu. I like the name and the sandwich. Its great - dont get rid of it!
My client, the Barnbuster, deserves to stay on the menu. Yes, at one time, my client was a proud and perhaps pompous "what's new" item. Then came the Great Hot Dog Scare of 2010. Since then, Barnbuster has been nothing but warm, sweet, salty, beefy, creamy goodness. A sincere friend to return to again and again for solace. Prior to eating the Barnbuster, we must pause and ask ourselves if we really deserve something this tasty and delicious. And if we can eat such a good friend, what does that mean for the Bay Shrimp Louie? That scamp who resisted all my overtures and turned it's shrimpy nose up at my offers of compromise; its promises of a life ever filled with Bay this and Bay that. The Louie shall never remain, never. Not while I take breath. Also, cheesecake.
the vegetarian siena! delish :) & i love the idea of substituting meat, i'll have to try that next time!
Please add the Barnbuster back to the permanent menu. It's just about the only thing that both my husband and I can eat together, since he hates most seafood and vegetables and I only eat beef (no other meat).
make the vegetarian sienna permanent.
Even though I LOVE shrimp, I should say Vegetarian Siena should stay on the menu. I just can't resist the combination of basil pesto and sun dried tomato!!
I'd like to see you keep the Shrimp Louie on the menu, because (I confess...) I haven't actually tried it yet, but I LOVE Shrimp Louie and I'm sure yours is amazing! I better hurry, huh?!!
I really want the Vegetarian Sienna - it is super, super yummy! Usually I don't need napkins when I eat, but boy do I with this sandwich! I like the idea of substituting roast beef - yum! Except, I really love eggplant too! What to do...

The Barnbuster doesn't stall around- you'll close the doors after the word is out- lofty ideas, for making hay, go away. Fantastic!
Please keep the REO sandwich on the menu. This
is what i usually purchase at Erik's Deli. Lots
of tasty ingredients to make anyone happy. With
a side order of chicken rice soup and carrot
cake for dessert, you have a nutritious meal.
And, don't forget a beverage, lol =0)
I vote for the Barnbuster! It is my all-time favorite!

Why haven't you announced the winners yet for this week, I wonder...hmm.
Another vote (2nd) for the Barn buster! Keep it around! Pretty please!
Sorry for the delay everyone! We will have the winners announced tomorrow...Stay Tuned...
