A Goo Times Giveaway: April 29 (Did You Know?)

A GOO TIMES GIVEAWAY: APRIL 29 (DID YOU KNOW?)

Hi Everyone!

For this Goo Time Giveaway we will be giving away a total of eleven (11) free sandwich cards! As noted during the last Giveaway, the first person to post (after 11am on 4/29/10 when the email goes live) will receive a Free Sandwich Card (with the only restriction being you cannot win two times in a row)!

The remaining ten (10) free sandwich cards will be giving away via a drawing!

SOUPS ON! To be eligible, please let us know which soup from Erik's you'd bring home with you (this is some "inside" information from the Goo Times, we are looking to sell packaged soups in the Fall of 2010!) . All comments received before 11:59PM on Sunday, May 2, 2010 will be eligible for the drawing.

For example, I Raging Bull would love to be able to bring some CVR (chicken vegetable rice) home with me for dinner time! (Although, as an aside, it reminds me of a time in college when I decided to take a Quart of Beef Stew down to Los Angeles. My roommates and I got through most of it, but then left for Spring Break and when we came back the Beef Stew to put it mildly was no longer the color of Beef Stew!!! Haha, probably too much information, but a funny story!)

Winners will be picked at random based on comments left below. Please check back in with the Goo Times on Monday to see if you are a winner! (as a side note, we know there have been some issues with leaving comments, we are still looking into a re-design for the Goo Times. For comments please click on the "comments" link at the bottom of the page. You do not have to be registered with Google to leave a comment).

If you are a winner, please email thegootimes@eriksdelicafe.com and we will get your free sandwich card mailed out to you!

Thanks and Till Next Time...

Hard to decide between the Kickin Chicken, which is a soup I'd never try to make at home without a kit of some kind, or the vegetarian vegetable, which I almost always order and absolutely love.

Clam chowder - and it doesn't even have to be Friday. Tomato bisque runs it a close second. Hubby likes the lentil with sausage.

My wife digs the kickin' chicken. Our anniversary is on the 19th of May and she would do backflips over a half Abbott's Habit and some Kickin' Chicken soup..

My favorite thing about eriks deli is the vegetarian soup. We are a vegetarian family, which is why we love that soup. I have been eating that soup since the early 70s in scotts valley and I love it. It is the cure to the common cold! Our family would definitely buy it if it were in stores.

I often make soup, but I would go for the tomato bisque - my 11 year old loves it, and that's something I don't make.
