(please note: Erik's DeliCafe will have special holiday hours on July 4, 2010. While all Erik's DeliCafes will be open from 11am - 7pm, many will have extended hours. Please contact an Erik's Near You (The Goo Times has also listed the hours at the end of this post). However, Erik's DeliCafe of San Jose - Downtown will be closed)

Happy Fourth of July Weekend Everyone!

For this Goo Times Giveaway we will be giving away a total of twelve (12) free sandwich cards! As noted during our previous Giveaways, the first person to post (after 11am on 7/2/10) will receive a Free Sandwich Card!

We will also be giving away one (1) "great comment" card!

The remaining ten (10) free sandwich cards will be given away via a drawing!

FOURTH OF JULY OFFER: to be eligible, please let us know which "Sandwich with Character" or Erik's Premium or Classic Salad you will be getting this 4th of July! All comments received before 11:59pm on Sunday, July 4, 2010 will be eligible for the drawing.

For example, I Raging Bull to help feed me (err...i mean those) at my Fourth of July BBQ will be picking up an REO Speedwagon and a Raging Bull along with some Deli Salads to compliment the Hamburgers, Veggie Burgers and Hot Dogs!

Winners will be picked at random based on comments left below. Please check back in with the Goo Times on Tuesday to see if you are a winner!

Celebrating the Fourth of July with Erik's is the best "Natural High" for this gal and her "Sea Dog. Not celebrating the Fourth would can land us in a "Texas Jailhouse Chili"n like the villain.

I usually go with what strikes me at the time, as there are so many choices. But my current favorites are the Turkey Walnut Pesto, and (if it's still available) the Vegetarian Sienna.
